Spider-Man got caught in his web
Dumb dog decided she didn't need to follow
the rules anymore and could sleep on the couches
when we weren't around to notice...
Our neighborhood had it annual fall festival! This year it
wasn't on the same day as his birthday party, so we weren't
rushing to squeeze everything in.
The camel was a new addition this year. Russell was
excited to ride it and 'be like Moses.' (We have been
watching Prince of Egypt a lot lately.)
Russell was very interested in the scarecrow, but
terrified of actually getting close to him. They did
bond over the fact that they were the only people
wearing gloves out in the heat.
Russell and Grandpa Russell on an elephant!
Russell was so good at being soft when picking
up the little animals!
Shooting targets in hard when you're too short to
see them on your own!
The day my parents left Russell must have been
very bored or just sad and doing an act of protest, and
randomly stuck a round red bead up his nose. We were
shocked! After much googling and attempting to get it out
ourselves, we finally gave up and took him to the ER. (Made
it 4 years before having to make a trip there!)
The doctor looked at it and wasn't sure he was going
to be able to get it out. If not, we would have to wait and
see an ENT specialist another day. It took 4 adults to hold
him down and lots of crying, but the doctor was able to
suck it out. His poor body was covered in little popped blood
vessels from him crying and fighting so hard. He will never
do that again!
Grandma left his a present of Halloween things!
I went to a relief society painting activity. We had
a lot of fun laughing about our lack of painting skills.
Russell moved all the big blocks at the train library
and stacked them. They ended up looking like a robot!
Couldn't resist this shirt for our Pumpkin King
There is lots of loved between these too...
sometimes too much love on one end!
Got to attend another friend's birthday party at
the end of preschool!
Got Scary-Face pancakes on Halloween again this
year. It may be an annual tradition.
Scary-face pancakes for the win!
