We decided to keep Valentine's Day pretty low key this year. It's definitely not my favorite holiday, so I didn't care. We still did a few festive things, and had the house decorated. So we weren't totally lame.
We went out to dinner the Friday before to a delicious Mexican restaurant. I really enjoyed my dinner. I would not hate going back again. Eating out is definitely an adventure with Russell, but it was fun having him there to celebrate with us.
He clearly loves sitting by me...
And loves his Dada too!

which he had to immediately taste, over and over again!
They also got it a sweet M&M Darth Vader flashlight!
Stephen and I decided that instead of buying each other gifts we would just buy some shelves for our media center up in the game room. They are great! It really makes that space look a lot more finished. Now I just need to figure out something awesome to put above the TV...
Oh, we also mostly finished Stephen's man cave room. I think it is one of Russell's favorite rooms in the house. Mostly because Stephen has Skittles in there.
