Since Russell has a late birthday, he still has

two years until Kindergarten. We didn't want to

pay for two years of Preschool, so when a friend

offered up the idea of starting a joy school of sorts, we 

joined in. The six kids rotate each Wednesday to have

a different mom teach that week. Look out school-

here comes Russell!

Aa cut and glue- had me write his 'name' at

the bottom. Apparently he is a robot or something.

Russell found a very nice cat that lives at the Toyota

dealership we sold our Sonata to. It was so sweet and

very soft!

Russell's 'red race car' I get to drive until our lease is built.

Toyota cars here we come! 

With all the rain we've been having, there are lots

of little frogs hopping around our yard. Russell loves to

catch them. He has a tubberware for of them!

Releasing them to the wild so they can go 'eat dinner

with their Mommy.'

Russell decided he was brave enough to try one of the 

rides at a neighborhood party. He was terrified and held Stephen's

hand the whole time, but he said it was fun!

We did not come prepared for the water!

He got soaking wet and did this over and over

again. 

Don't take kids to Party City... too many little

toys that they want to buy. (also not the socks as

gloves on his hand. That's a new fashion trend!)

Learning about the letter C at preschool!

Our backyard was invaded by army worms. They

were all over the grass and destroyed it. Russell

thought they were awesome, and insisted that I 

stopped trying to kill them.

Once upon a time, a little boy went on a walk with 

his dog...

They found a cat hiding underneath a truck. The

little boy loved cats and wanted to be the cat's 

friend.

The cat hissed at the little boy and broke his heart!

Russell participated in his first Primary Program

during Sacrament meeting at church. After a practice 

where he got shy and wouldn't say his part in the microphone,

we were all very proud when, after only a few seconds of hesitation,

he proudly said, "I am grateful for gardens and deserts!"
